Meet Your Host!

The "Design Your Wellness Routine" Challenge is passion project organized by Tolani Mak and an amazing team of helpers & collaborators. Tolani is a Holistic Wellness Coach, Natural Wellness Consultant and Founder of TC Wellness. She studied Kinesiology at McMaster University and has worked with people from all walks of life in clinical and community settings. Tolani loves to dance and is very passionate about maintaining her own natural wellness routine. She enjoys helping busy professionals fight fatigue and exhaustion in very little time, so that they can do ALL THE THINGS they wish they were able to do! She has been serving health workers for 7+ years through vendor contracts at Sunnybrook Health Sciences and Scarborough Health Network. Over the pandemic, she moved from Toronto to the Ottawa area and now serves locally through in-person wellness workshops and nationally through virtual coaching and consultations. Wellness challenges like this one present a unique opportunity to reach out and serve the broader Canadian community online!

Frequently Asked Questions

What time will sessions take place?

Upon registration, you will receive a link to our LinkedIn group where you can select your available time, class times will be chosen based on largest availability. Early registrant will be prioritized for a live session, while later registrants may need to watch the replay which will be available for a limited time.

Do I need to attend each session live?

There will be daily rewards for LIVE attendees and those who complete their homework before the next class, but you can totally watch replays on your own time while they are available.

Why is this FREE?

We believe that wellness challenges are the best way to serve our audience and get to know our community and we deeply value the transformations we get to witness in such a short period of time!

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely! We only ask that your friend registers for the challenge individually, so that they know what to expect, can confirm that this will be valueable to them and we can include them in all the fun!

Do I have to dance or is this about wellness in general?

This is a wellness challenge, you don't have to dance! However, dancing is a big part of our team wellness - so we may incorporate this in some capacity. Come and find out!
