Will I get an invoice for my business expense?

Yes, our billing software will provide CRA compliant invoices that are broken down.

Do I have to commit to a full year?

NO, you don't. As part of our Centretown Collective, you would receive free access to shared space in February 2025, followed by a 3-month initial term

Will I have access to a sink nearby?

YES! The bathrooms are right next door to our space. We also have another set of bathrooms on our floor with showers and laundry.

Is there a storage area?

YES! We have a small storage room as well as an entrance closet to work with

Is there parking for me and my clients?

YES! There is free street parking right infront of our building, and in streets closeby for clients. There is also a designated parking lot for building staff at a reasonable rate.

Do I have to participate in other initiatives beyond my practice?

You will have opportunities to participate in community workshops and other collaborative initiatives that will be useful for professional development and business growth, but these are completely OPTIONAL!
